Hey guys, I just stumbled across the newest on-set pictures of the upcoming Alice in Wonderland movie! Check out the picture of Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter, interesting no? I believe this is a promo picture and he may look different in the film, but what do you guys think of Mia Wasikowska’s (Alice) outfit? I think it could’ve been a bit more bright and frilly but then again Tim Burton is a great visionaire, so we’ll wait and see what’s the end product, if you want to check out more Alice in Wonderland inspired outfits check-out my previous post, in the meantime, enjoy the new pics!

Hmmmm…I like her 2nd outfit, but I must agree, I was expecting (or hoping!) to see Alice look a little more “Gothic Lolita”. Oh well, I’m sure the movie will be fantastic anyway!

I’m not quite sure what to think. I love Alice’s look but Johnny Depp/The Mad Hatter isn’t my favorite.

Hmm. I’m hoping that the Mad Hatter will look a little better in movement. I, too, was hoping that Alice would have a younger, perhaps even lolita look. She looks really pale and wan… maybe wonderland is more of a nightmare in Burton’s mind… :/ (as usual xD )
Also, these pictures have been out for a while… I think there might be a couple more floating around. ^^;

I’m so excited to see Tim Burtons take on the Alice in Wonderland story. Judging from the pictures alone, it should be fantastic!
Johnny Depp is a multi talented star. His impression to me is that he can accomplish any task set before him. He not only accomplishes these tasks but masters them as well. I hope he continues to make us happy with his wide range of characters for many years to come.
