This Wednesday, I attended Nikon’s Night Out event, I got a sneak peak at Nikon’s upcoming cameras, point/shoot and professional models. I think Nikon must have read my mind, I have been planning on upgrading to a professional camera and seeing the amazing quality in pictures and performance I think Nikon will be one of my options :) Thanks to Brittany and Allison for inviting me, check out the pics!

My old point and shoot camera is in really bad shape, I am starting to save for something better but what about you guys,
What type of camera do you own?
I have been trying to get into photography for a while now but there’s been too many other things on my plate. I have a point and shoot Canon right now but I’d die for that Nikon up there. Cool event!

I have a point and shoot Polaroid. It was a cheapie, I think $75 on sale? It gets the job done but could definitely use some improving – the lighting has to be jusssst right and there’s an obnoxious timestamp that you can’t turn off – so I have to make sure that the focal point of the photo is in a spot where I can crop out the timestamp. I’d love to get a fancy schmancy camera, but unfortunately, I have so many other things vying for my cash…shoes, tattoos, new sweaters…oh, and, you know, bills. ;)
