Vanity Fair -October 2009, Vogue-November 2009
Penelope Cruz is gorgeous and one of the few famous Spanish speaking women in Hollywood, however I am astonished by the amount of photoshop used in her recent covers. Vanity Fair went overboard with the contrast and I don’t know what happened to Penelope Cruz’s face on the October issue but she doesn’t look like the same person if you compare her to Vogue’s November 09′ cover. I understand that a little helping wand doesn’t do much harm but when someone is photoshopped to look like a different person, now that’s a bit much, no? However, all photoshop aside, I still think Cruz is a wonderful à la Almodovar actress, check out my favorite Vogue España cover of Pene – No pun intended to my Spanish readers ;)

I think it’s a nay. Penelope is a beautiful woman and could go without much Photoshoping.
