I hope everyone had a safe and fun Halloween, yesterday my boyfriend (The Joker) and I (Harley Quinn) decided to head over to the Village Halloween parade in NYC. The energy was amazing and the costumes were off-the-hook! As mentioned in my previous – supervillainess post, I was torn between White Rabbit and Harley Quinn but I decided to dress up as Harley to join my fiancee in his Joker outfit. I also wanted to mention that I saw A LOT of girls dressed in super skimpy outfits and sheer baby dolls, I understand there are no rules on Halloween but I found that many girls were being disrespected by random men and others were being photographed off-guard by guys who wanted a peek at their butts and boobs. I found this to be very inappropriate and rude, please ladies if you decide to wear an uber-sexy outfit, be accompanied by a guy friend or several girlfriends to avoid being harassed by immature jerks. On the other hand, I did see a lot of creativity and fun costumes around the city, there were many policemen patrolling the streets keeping the crowds on check. Posing for pics at Washington Square Park, we found others dressed as us and you know Mr. J wasn’t gonna settle for that! So we decided to fight it out and had a dance off, guess who won ;)
