The detailing is gorgeous. My favorite part though has to be the earrings.

And it is quite off-putting that they didn’t use more Asian models for the video.

@ Michelle Yes, the pieces look different and elegant but not the best collection I have seen, I also felt a bit upset Karl went this direction with the models in the video, you would think after Paris vogue used models in "black Face" Lagerfeld would cast REAL Asian models, instead he went the same route as the publication, terrible! There are a few neat pieces, but overall I don’t think the collection is totally my style – I do think it’s an interesting direction to go in, though.

Ughh I can’t watch the video right now, but I am so sick of fashion people pulling these stunts. Instead of trying to make a white woman look Asian, why don’t you just find an Asian model ffs?! Is that so hard?!

This collection is not really my style nor is it my favorite from Karl but overall I enjoy it. It is nice to see a label go in a completely different and unique direction then their usual. It is risky but bravo to Chanel for attempting it.

I like it! pretty cool but Wow I couldnt agree more about not having the asian models, if I was asian I might feel a tad bit offended. There are sooo many gorgeous asain women like he really couldnt just look for models? tisk tisk Karl
