I left the the noise and chaos of New York City and decided to make my way to a cozy beach for the weekend, my family and I traveled to Sherwood Island, it’s small, lovely and best of all -quiet. I also kept my outfit simple and low key, well maybe it was a bit bohemian and gypsy inspired but I ditched the trends, the oversized modern accessories and chose something beachy and comfortable. It’s a shame I couldn’t wear my swimsuit but after testing the water with my toes, my poor foot almost froze, it was polar bear frigid haha. Check out the pics!

Amazing, and I love the colour of that skirt! I haven’t been to the beach in so long… I really must head out there this summer! One of my friend came back smelling of the sea and she smelt amazing, and the salt, the sand…
