Can you believe New York Fashion Week is only a few days away?! To get into full fashion coverage mode, we are delighted to share with you a sneak-peek of Tracy Reese’s fall 2013 collection. Tracy Reese is one of our favorite designers and after dressing Mrs. Obama and showcasing unique collections with fresh inspiration every season, she has garnished tons of fashion fans worldwide.
“Tracy Reese fall 2013 collection is very much inspired by New York with all its harshness and beauty. Reese combines a variety of rich textures and both feral and romantic patterns for a collection of sexy silhouettes with an emphasis on hourglass dresses, longer slim skirts, sweater tunics and bold, meaty jackets and coats. Black in all of its magnificence, from deep velvety darkness to textured patent refraction, anchors a palette highlighted by scarlet, cerise, teal, aubergine, tan and lychee.”
We can’t wait to see Tracy Reese’s full collection, but we know if the her line is anything like her first sketch, then we can only assume it will be a great success for the fall season.

Love that black is gong to lay a major role in this collection. As much as I love color, I don’t wear it all that often out of personal preference, and maybe subconsciously because I work in PR. A waist accentuating dress with a pop of color will fit well with the rest of my wardrobe, and it’s always great to see how Tracey Reese taps into the spirit of real women.
